Craft authentic Turkish dishes using our traditional charcoal grill (Ocakbasi). You'll be responsible for maintaining our high food standards, from Adana Kebab to freshly baked Pide.

  • Experience with Turkish / Mediterranean cuisine preferred
  • Knowledge of Halal food standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 minimum)
